Producer, Design Technology

This is an 8-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino or Culver City, CA.

Summary

This role supports a team responsible for creating internal technical design guidance across Services. The Producer acts as the central hub for timelines, deliverables, and alignment across multiple functions, ensuring documentation and project resources are accurate, accessible, and effective.

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, or production management.
  • Passion for product development with a strong foundation in working with UI, content designers, and engineers.
  • Proficient in Wrike, Sketch, and Figma, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiar with managing timelines, trackers, and version control.
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Experience with product or digital platform launches and familiarity with film studios, music labels, or branded content.


Job Description

In this role, you will support the creation of internal technical design documentation and project resources, including onboarding materials, process guides, and project scopes. You'll partner with design tech leads and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, track milestones, and manage deadlines. This includes creating and maintaining documentation, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and managing digital assets. You will also maintain trackers and timelines to support the team's overall success and efficiency.

You will manage image schedules, expectations, resource management, and image tracking. Track and manage the imagery status of projects and provide weekly and daily status updates. Communicate effectively with creative and retouching teams. Be accountable for risk management and unlocking projects that get stuck. Troubleshoot and solve issues, drive process improvement, and recognize solutions as they emerge. Receive, compile, confirm accuracy, and distribute pertinent project information to appropriate parties. Work alongside Producers and production teams to develop processes and streamline workflows. Schedule and facilitate pre- and post-production meetings with the Production team. Stay current with emerging technologies while constantly evolving processes for efficiency. Partner with the Marcom Asset Management team for archiving of all final assets. Work with a variety of key tools, including Numbers, Pages, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Camera Raw, Photo Mechanic, Capture One, and Quip.

Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Background in project coordination, creative operations, production management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience working with design, content, and engineering teams.


Additional Requirements

This opportunity is located in Cupertino or Culver City, CA, and requires hybrid work.

The pay for this W-2 position is $74.51 per hour.

This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked.
