What is the role about?

Eastern Controls Inc., a manufacturer's representative partner of Endress+Hauser Inc., is looking for a Service Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Edgemont, PA. The Service Administrative Coordinator acts as a communicator for the Service department and has daily interaction with all service technicians and managers. The Service Administrative Coordinator provides primary oversight and direction to all matters of service invoicing, fleet service vehicles, uniforms, and calibrated tool assets. This position is in-office, Monday through Friday, at our headquarters in Edgemont, PA.

What do we expect from you?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years as a customer service representative or in a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience preferred.
  • Customer-focused, organized, and eager to learn.
