Location: Medical Center Office Building (901 7th Ave)Department: Research AdministrationShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: The Research Program Manager advances organizational research priorities and supports the research enterprise of the organization's clinical and scientific centers by orchestrating core projects and standardizing center-specific processes, focusing on strategic execution and compliance. The role serves as the operational bridge for best practice adoption, scientific advancement, and resource optimization in support of cross-disciplinary teams. This role partners closely with research leadership and project teams to ensure alignment of strategy, funding and compliance, standardize processes, optimize project delivery, and advance the mission and integrity of research activities across all centers.
