CT Tech

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week). Shift information: Night-shift. Can be either five 8-hour shifts or four ten-hour shifts.
Will work every third weekend, take call once every 10-12 weekends. Holiday rotation (2 holidays a year, 1 call holiday a year).

What you will do

• Demonstrates successful technical/patient skills by efficiently implementing CT scanning protocols and procedures in Diagnostic CT.
• Patient care during visit to CT according to expected service excellence standards.
• Use administrative skills to contribute to the successful operation of the department.
• Collaborates effectively and in a timely manner with coworkers and staff.
• Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers and co-workers.
• Adheres to hospital CT safety standards.
• Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.
• Provides age-specific care to patients from neonates through geriatrics.
• Collaborates effectively with co-workers in a timely manner while displaying a positive attitude.

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
