Description Summary: Intern Dates: May 18, 2026 - August 7, 2026 A meaningful educational experience for a college student to gain valuable experience in their field of study; while accomplishing tasks and completing projects in an enriching environment. The Intern will gain networking opportunities that include interactions with CHRISTUS leaders and Associates. The Intern will be provided with a variety of projects to support learning objectives in InfoSec Cybersecurity Domains such as; Security Operations & Security Assurance. Responsibilities: Meets expectations of the Christus Culture and Core Values. Partner with IS Cyber team to understand their processes and use that knowledge to improve the flow of work to other associates and/or customers. Meet with members of business units to support risk/audit documentation efforts. Work with IS management to support work related to the various Christus Health Ministries and departments. Requirements: Experience: At least 2 years of college preparation towards major in; IT Cybersecurity Computer Science Business Management with IT/Analytics focus Hands on "technical experience" (via employment or personal/recreational means) helpful but not required. Education: Currently enrolled in a College degree program in one of the following degree program; Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management. PC and Microsoft Office Skills Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with others. Quick learner with attention to detail, high degree of confidentiality and solid organizational skills. Needs to be resourceful, innovative and persuasive with ability to problem solve and troubleshoot. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: None Work Schedule: 8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday Work Type: Per Diem As Needed
