POSITION AVAILABLE

Project Manager (Winchester, VA)



  • Create and manage project schedules using project management scheduling tools.
  • Partnering with the project team to define the WBS, with tasks, resources, effort, and dependencies to provide timelines and successful delivery.
  • Manage a project from inception to delivery, ensuring the SDLC follows best practices and Trex standards.
  • Define and depict the strategic plan and roadmap, outlining the projects required to meet strategic goals.
  • Define the project costs and budget and manage the project within approved budget limits.
  • Evaluate vendors and create requirements and RFPs, review vendor proposals, participate in vendor selection and approve vendor invoices.
  • Oversee the management of the IT Project Portfolio.
  • Distributing templates and educating Project Managers on how to use them.



SCHEDULE: 40 hrs./week

JOB REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's in Project Management, or any foreign equivalencies


Prior experience must include:



  • 5 years of experience working in portfolio, program or project management
  • 5 yrs exp w/performing business analysis to assist with bridging the gap between the business processes and IT solutioning
  • 5 yrs exp w/creating and managing project schedules using project management scheduling tools including Jira, Smartsheet , MS Office tools
  • 5 yrs exp w/managing projects from inception to delivery, including defining and tracking the project costs and budget
  • 5 yrs exp w/procurement on RFP generation, proposal review, and the vendor selection process.
  • 5 years of experience working in Information Technology, including a portfolio, program or project management role delivering technical solutions
  • 5 yrs exp w/enterprise systems, including Oracle and Salesforce
