As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and document observations. You will greet staff and visitors with strong customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, ATM and lobby spaces, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify irregular conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general inquiries, and help maintain orderly traffic flow in and around the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to Allied Universal leadership and/or local emergency services as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and logs according to post orders and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3+ years' combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience OR a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
