As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing location, you will perform routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and document observations with clear, professional reports. You will assist employees and visitors with directions and communications, support access control and incident response, and represent Allied Universal with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations through the established chain of communication.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and support security-related operations.
• Control access points by verifying identification, directing traffic and/or deliveries, and documenting entries, exits, and unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Complete routine documentation such as daily activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff notes, and communicate security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
