The Sr. Sponsorships Manager (Baseball) will manage all aspects of T-Mobile's partnership with Major League Baseball and collaborate with colleagues overseeing other elements of the partnership including Little League, Minor League, team partnerships, and talent support.This role will partner on the development of annual sponsorship strategies; oversee go-to-market, cross-functional planning, and campaign execution; and be accountable for performance measurement and executive recaps. In addition, the Sr. Sponsorships Manager will support Sponsorships team leadership with budget forecasting, landscape analysis, portfolio optimization and prioritization, and contract negotiations, as appropriate. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for leveraging sports partnerships to create impactful brand experiences and drive business goals. They bring expertise in partnership strategy, asset management, relationship development, and cross-functional leadership. This role works closely with internal marketing teams and external agency partners to ideate, build, and deliver breakthrough sports marketing campaigns. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
