Position Summary

The individual is responsible for business planning and analytics for biosimilars including the development and implementation of analytic support for private label biosimilars. Through communication and partnership across multiple teams, the analyst will model projections for existing and future products. This role will also provide business analytics, score cards and other reporting to track progress for the new Private Label Biosimilar business. The position reports into the Business Intelligence function and supports the Private Label Biosimilars Portfolio Lead (business lead).

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in month-end close, forecast, annual budget and long-range planning cycles for biosimilar products. Perform variance analysis by product family.at a molecule and channel level.
  • Monitor conversion of private label biosimilars relative to other biosimilars. Leverage multiple transactional data systems to analyze, define and articulate portfolio value and performance.
  • Generate, update biosimilar demand forecast in partnership with GPO, Provider, and other key stakeholders for key customer segments.
  • Support Private Label Portfolio lead in generating order replenishment schedule for each distribution center.
  • Track financial performance vs business case, including intercompany score-carding and adjustments.
  • Perform scenario analyses to inform risks and opportunities.
  • Support the Private Label Portfolio lead in sizing future private label biosimilar opportunities.
  • Collaborate in knowledge sharing and best practices, and provide backup support for business intelligence team as needed.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Critical Skills

  • Experience and demonstrated understanding of the business of healthcare, drug distribution and drug pricing.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Mastery of Excel and proficiency in forecasting tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in visualization and business intelligence tools required
  • Experience navigating through complex issues to interpret and transform financial data into recommendations to senior leadership

Salary: 110,300.00 - 147,000.00 - 183,800.00 USD Annual with 15% MIP

*Target comp $130K with MIP

This role is a hybrid position. The selected candidate is expected to work on-site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in-office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.
