Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Field Services Technician to support an annual laptop and desktop refresh project. The ideal candidate will provide onsite technical assistance, complete hardware deployments, and ensure smooth daytoday operation of enduser devices. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to support users in a professional, fastpaced environment. Key Responsibilities * Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting. * Provide onsite technical support to end users with minimal disruption to their work. * Maintain accurate documentation of device inventory, service requests, and completed work. * Collaborate with IT team members to resolve issues efficiently. * Follow all organizational and security policies regarding equipment handling and data protection. Qualifications * Proven experience in a field services or technical support role. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities. * Selfmotivated and able to work independently. * Experience supporting users in hightraffic or professional environments is a plus. Education & Experience * Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus. * Previous experience providing onsite support or participating in hardware refresh projects is preferred. Working Conditions * Onsite role based in Grafton with possible occasional travel to nearby locations. * Must be able to lift and move computer equipment as needed. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
