We offer: * Weekday and weekend schedules * Daytime and overnight shifts Ideal for candidates who want options or need nontraditional hours. * What You'll Be Doing* This is a true entry-level support role with full training. You will work closely with experienced technicians while gaining exposure to a wide range of IT issues. Daily responsibilities include: * Responding to incoming support tickets * Assisting users via email, chat, and occasional inperson support * Troubleshooting common enduser issues such as: * Active Directory password resets * Authentication and login problems * WiFi and basic connectivity issues * Printer and hardware troubleshooting This role values professionalism, communication, punctuality, and reliability just as much as technical skill. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr.
