Job Description TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Expert Cloud Engineer (Azure) to support a key enterprise user base. This role focuses on front-end infrastructure development to enable and enhance software application delivery within a large-scale environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, and modern DevOps practices, with strong experience supporting enterprise and client-facing platforms. Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure to support software application development * Lead front-end infrastructure development efforts within Azure environments * Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously improve IT infrastructure * Define and manage server provisioning images and storage configuration parameters * Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform * Utilize Git/GitOps workflows for version control and automated deployments * Collaborate with development, operations, and stakeholder teams in a hybrid environment Required Qualifications * 10+ years of relevant client experience in similar technologies (training period excluded) * At least 5 years of on-site client-facing experience in a similar technology and domain * 6-8+ years of hands-on Azure cloud engineering experience * Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field (Master's degree preferred) * Experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure environments Required / Enterprise Skills * Terraform * Git / GitOps * Microsoft Azure Additional Information * Work Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseland, NJ.
