Document Management Specialist * Location: Onsite - Fishers, Indiana* * Industry: Large Financial Services Company* * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (40 hours/week; occasional OT as needed)* Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Document Management Specialist to join our team onsite in Fishers, Indiana. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the imaging and processing of loan documents within the Freedom Mortgage Electronic Document Management System. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a wellestablished, growing financial organization. Key Responsibilities * Sort and organize incoming mail. * Review loan documents for accuracy and update internal systems with received information. * Scan, image, and process documents for automated indexing. * Prepare documents for shipment as needed. * Create, update, and maintain various reports. * File and organize stored documents for easy retrieval. * Support special projects as assigned. * Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Work Environment * Fully onsite role in Fishers, IN. * Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. * 40 hours per week, with the potential for overtime based on business needs.
