Department:COM \| Peds HS Partnerships Resources Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties:The Family Enrichment Specialist (FES) plays a vital role in strengthening families and supporting children enrolled in Head Start / Early Head Start programs. This position blends advocacy, case management, and community partnership to address social, developmental, and regulatory needs. Working closely with families experiencing challenging circumstances, the FES develops family intervention plans, connects families with community resources, and promotes positive, sustainable family outcomes. The role also supports recruitment, enrollment, family engagement, compliance, and overall program operations at assigned sites.
