As an unarmed, driving Patrol Officer at a busy retail mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and assist guests, tenants, and team members with clear communication and service. You will also perform vehicle patrols in line with Allied Universal driver policy requirements, supporting a culture that is agile, reliable, innovative, team-focused, and rooted in integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail corridors, common areas, loading and service areas, parking lots, and perimeter routes, noting and reporting unusual activity and/or hazards.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, and/or property damage; request additional support as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe for unauthorized entry and/or policy violations, helping to deter theft, vandalism, and loitering through high-visibility presence.
• Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs; communicate updates to site contacts, mall management, and/or Allied Universal leadership per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Having customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
