We're looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Senior Accountant to join our Finance team within a shared services environment. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end close, and strengthening internal controls across multiple entities. You'll work closely with the Assistant Controller, Controller, and cross-functional partners to deliver timely, reliable financial insights that support business decisions.

What You'll Do

Accounting & Close Support

  • Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations
  • Support month-end close activities across multiple entities
  • Assist with consolidations and multi-entity reporting
  • Prepare routine financial schedules and management reports

AP, AR & Cash Management

  • Process vendor invoices with accurate GL coding
  • Assist with vendor onboarding (W-9s, ACH setup)
  • Review and process credit card expenses for policy compliance
  • Process deposits and apply cash to customer accounts
  • Assist with AR reconciliations and monitor outstanding receivables
  • Maintain documentation elated to credits, adjustments, and billing activity

Controls, Compliance & Systems

  • Maintain audit documentation for internal and external reviews
  • Follow established internal controls and accounting procedures
  • Enter and maintain data in NetSuite and related accounting systems
  • Support workflow and process improvements across Finance, HR, Tech, and Operations

Collaboration & Special Projects

  • Assist with payroll-related entries (reimbursements, commissions)
  • Coordinate with HR on employee updates impacting financial processing
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from the Assistant Controller, Controller, or CFO
  • Participate in department-wide initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA candidate strongly preferred
  • 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity or shared services environment
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP
  • Experience with accounting software (NetSuite preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Occasional stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Normal vision and hearing, with or without accommodation
