Job Description As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with Home Depot's design and planning teams, alongside RRD's internal creative and print production teams, to deliver on our client's in-store signage requirements. Your daily responsibilities will involve gathering crucial project scope details, understanding and conveying creative needs, and diligently managing milestones to meet deadlines. Effective communication with various stakeholders, including Home Depot teams, internal traffic managers, creative teams, and print production managers, will be essential to ensure flawless and timely project execution. In a dynamic and evolving environment, you must excel as a communicator, be proactive, think quickly on your feet, and possess creative problem-solving abilities. Your organizational skills must be top-notch, with a focus on delivering excellence in customer service. Responsibilities Work is typically performed under no supervision, with only guidance about overall goals and objectives. Usually receive minimal to no guidance about how to complete work objectives. Must be able to define work based on evaluation of short-term and long-term goals of the department. Able to independently evaluate processes, identify areas of improvement, and incorporate into overall work objectives.

Additional Information RRD's current salary range for this role is $67,800 to $105,800 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
