Salary:

Start Date:

About the Role

We're seeking an organized and proactive Creative Project Manager to join our in-house creative production team. This role supports content creation for private brands, omni-channel initiatives, how-to content, and mass print projects. You'll be managing multiple creative workflows simultaneously-from quick 4-6 week turnarounds to larger 12-16 week campaigns-all while keeping projects on track and teams aligned.

What You'll Do

As a Creative Project Manager, you'll be the central point of coordination for creative projects flowing through our internal studio. You'll work in "pods" with cross-functional teams including producers, creative talent, and studio personnel, managing 4-6 people at any given time. Your day-to-day will involve setting up project workflows in Workfront, creating communication channels in Slack, assigning tasks and timelines, tracking deliverables in Smartsheet, and keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Most projects you'll manage fall into the "onboarding" category-creating net-new content to bring products online for customers. Project sizes range from extra small (4-6 weeks) to large (12-16 weeks), and you'll need to juggle both fast-turn and long-running initiatives simultaneously.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 1-3 years of project management experience
  • Adobe Workfront experience (required-this is non-negotiable)
  • Strong project management fundamentals and terminology
  • Atlanta-based and able to work on-site 5 days/week
  • Quick learner who can hit the ground running with minimal day-to-day guidance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes and timelines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in Slack-based environments
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Smartsheet experience (we use this extensively for tracking and logistics)
  • Marketing background or experience with creative workflows
  • Experience working with cross-functional creative teams

Who You Are

You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment where no two days are the same. You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple competing priorities. You're not afraid to ask questions, suggest process improvements, or take initiative when you see an opportunity to streamline workflows.

Most importantly, you bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything you do. You're the type of person who, when there's downtime, looks for ways to help the team improve processes or documentation rather than just waiting for the next assignment. You're eager to learn, willing to cross-train on different aspects of the business, and genuinely interested in contributing to the team's success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage content creative projects for private brands and omni-channel initiatives
  • Set up and maintain project workflows in Workfront
  • Create and manage Slack channels ("hives") for project communication
  • Assign tasks, timelines, and team members to projects
  • Track project progress and logistics using Smartsheet
  • Coordinate with requesters and cross-functional pod teams (4-6 people per project)
  • Support both High Point, NC studio and China studio workflows
  • Potential to cross-train with logistics team on procurement and tracking

Work Environment

  • Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
  • Location: Metro Atlanta
  • Team Structure: You'll report to the PM Manager and join a team of 5 project managers (3 focused on content, 2 on logistics)
  • Communication Style: Heavy use of Slack for project coordination and team collaboration
