A fast-growing, multilocation restaurant organization is transitioning its Workforce Management system from Legion to Harri. These platforms are essential tools that help restaurant managers build weekly schedules, track employee availability, and manage paid time off (PTO). Because there is no automated way to migrate employee data from the legacy system into the new platform, the team is seeking detailoriented Data Entry Specialists to support this largescale transition. With over 100 restaurant locations involved, this project plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth rollout and uninterrupted operations. What You'll Do * Accurately enter and transfer employee data from one workforce management system to another * Review information for completeness and correctness to ensure data integrity * Follow established processes and guidelines to meet project timelines * Collaborate with project leads and adapt to feedback as needed Why This Role Matters Your work will directly support restaurant managers and team members by ensuring schedules, availability, and PTO information are correctly set up in the new system. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
