About the Role We are seeking a highly detailoriented Document Processing & Data Entry Specialist to support our Compliance team with reviewing, processing, and routing large volumes of scanned and physical documents. This position requires strong accuracy, consistency, and the ability to work independently once trained. Work Environment * Fully onsite for the first two weeks for training and handson work * After training: Hybrid schedule (1-2 days onsite per week) * Standard hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM * Onsite work required for any tasks involving physical mail Key Responsibilities * Review scanned forms to ensure they are complete, legible, and properly uploaded into the system. * Rename, categorize, and route digital documents to the appropriate queues with accuracy. * Once training is complete, process incoming physical mail onsite, including: * Opening and sorting forms * Scanning documents into the system * Renaming, organizing, and routing documents * Maintain exceptional accuracy while processing a high volume of forms. * Support the Compliance department in meeting deadlines and reducing the current backlog (approximately 3,000 scanned forms). * Perform data entry tasks consistently and precisely. Qualifications * Prior data entry, administrative support, or document handling experience preferred (not required) * Ability to work onsite as needed (especially during the first two weeks) * Reliable, detailoriented, and organized * Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with high document volume Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Menasha, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
