FULL-TIME BUS DRIVER

Under the direction and general supervision of the Transit Operations Manager, the Bus Driver operates and maintains the municipal transit service vehicles. Hours 1pm 80m Monday -Friday with some flexibility, could include some weekends. Required pre-checks of bus, customer service, maintaining and cleaning buses. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent; Valid Driver's License; possession of, or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment, a minimum of a MN CDL Class C Driver's License with passenger endorsement; previous experience working with the public. (PLEASE NOTE - MN River Valley Transit will help all new drivers train for the license test) DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience driving passenger bus; basic knowledge of two-way radio operations; formal training in vehicle mechanics; experience completing driver operation logs. Salary Range: $20.72 - $21.67 per hour.
