As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Lancaster, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols to help support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and shipments. You will remain visible, document security-related activity, respond to incidents, and communicate clearly with site contacts while delivering customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a distribution and warehouse location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior and exterior areas including docks, yards, parking areas, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and assist with screening of visitors, contractors, and deliveries, including verifying identification, issuing badges, and directing traffic flow in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching assistance, documenting details, and escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as required.
• Complete timely reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and access logs, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff to support consistent site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
