As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy transportation parking location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps reduce security-related incidents, and support guests and staff with professional customer service and clear communication. You will complete routine rounds, document observations, and work with your team to respond to concerns with integrity, backed by a caring culture that values being agile, reliable, and innovative.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at parking garages, lots, and related transportation facilities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, pay stations, stairwells, elevators, and perimeter routes, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Respond to alarms, calls for service, and/or critical incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner; assist with de-escalation, coordinate with site contacts and/or public responders, and document actions taken.
• Monitor access points and vehicle and/or pedestrian traffic flow as assigned; provide directions, answer questions, and assist with lost and found, parking disputes, and/or customer concerns.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation; communicate observations and hazards to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
