What to Expect This person willbe responsible forexecuting custom service procedures in the field and training othersonthem. They will work closely with the Process Engineering and Field Service teams, not only trialing and developing these procedures but also training personnel on them-both in the field and in the classroom. Additionally, they will help trial andvalidatetool prototypes and provide feedback to the design engineers. Applicants should be self-motivated team players with a positive attitude. What You'll Do Assistin developing and documenting field service procedures Conduct field validation and testing of tools and procedures Train field technicians on the safe and effective execution of new processes Provide support for urgent field fixes with short turnaround times Troubleshoot and repair equipmentin accordance withthe service manual Assistintimestudies across the full product range What You'll Bring Ability to navigate NEC guidelines and knowledge of NFPA 70E practices and CPR & Low Voltage Rescue SCADA experience is a plus Previouselectrical trades experience working with power/hand tools, electrical equipment, isolationmetersand multimeters (Oscilloscopes is a plus) Travelonshort notice and flexibility to work on weekends and overtime Strong computer skills.
