Position Summary:
The Global Pricing Analyst, Interventional is responsible for supporting the Global Pricing Team with the creation and maintenance of an efficient and accurate pricing system for Cirtec Medical.
This position will be responsible for supporting the calculation and analysis of project costs, unit pricing, projected revenue and financial metrics associated with a program in a timely manner that produces competitive bids that win new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supporting the proposal process, proposal timing, cost modeling and proposal accuracy for new and existing customer products and components.
  • Applies pricing skills and know-how to evaluate and recommend Cirtec Medical solutions to customer requirements
  • Writes proposals for development and manufacturing programs with clear technical communication skills using a variety of visual and written techniques (e.g., graphs, diagrams, long-form writing).
  • Provides support and guidance on project evaluation, pricing models for the overall proposal system.
  • Responsible for continuous cost modeling in support of annual price reviews for existing products.
  • Responsible for maintain the pricing quotes and proposals repository
  • Working with Business Development, identify pricing gaps and ensure we have the all of the information required to complete our proposal.
  • Recommend additional technologies and support internal technical development of new capabilities that will win business
  • Actively participate in training younger development staff to improve product development, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers for sourcing and driving the costs of new components.
  • Build BOMs, analyze manufacturing requirements and drive supply chain costs to build competitive bids that will win business for Cirtec Medical
  • Reliable, consistent, and capable of handling time constraints
  • Support management reviews on written proposals for large opportunities


Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing analyst role
  • Strong experience in manufacturing pricing/finance environment with emphasis on financial models, cost models and metrics.
  • Proven experience in pricing strategies, margin and profitability analysis, market and competitive analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling)
  • Data analysis tools:
    o SQL
    o BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Must have proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.


Good to have:
  • Experience working on medical device projects from design through commercial production is preferable.
  • Experience with ERP or pricing software (SAP, Oracle, Vendavo, PROS, etc.)
  • Industry experience (retail, SaaS, manufacturing, healthcare-pricing varies a lot by sector)


Salary Range: 86,000 to 122,000 based on qualifications and experience.
