The Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications will serve as the primary communications partner for Ulteig's Digital Transformation team, leading strategic and tactical communications for enterprise-wide digital initiatives. This role is responsible for shaping the narrative, driving engagement and ensuring alignment between transformation objectives and organizational priorities. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to influence stakeholders and accelerate adoption of digital tools and processes. Reporting to the Associate Director of Corporate Communications with a dotted line to the Chief Digital Officer, this position partners closely with executive leadership, cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure consistent, high-quality communications across all channels. This position plays a critical role in driving engagement and adoption of Ulteig's digital transformation initiatives. The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications ensures that strategy, values and actions are communicated with clarity, credibility and impact. In addition, this role will support high-impact Corporate Communications initiatives and special projects outside of digital transformation.

What You'll Do

Strategy Development



  • Design and implement integrated internal and external communication strategies that support digital transformation goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align messaging with business priorities and change management objectives.


Execution & Delivery



  • Develop compelling content for multiple channels (intranet, email, video) to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including timelines, deliverables and measurement.
  • Lead the development of executive communications for Ulteig's Chief Digital Officer, including talking points, thought leadership, presentations and internal messages.
  • Ensure consistent voice and messaging across leadership communications and enterprise initiatives.


Change Management Communications



  • Support change management and transformation efforts through clear, empathetic and motivating communications.
  • Partner with Change Management Lead to develop and execute communication plans that support employee readiness and adoption of new tools, systems and processes.
  • Translate complex technical and operational changes into accessible, actionable messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Create targeted communication touchpoints throughout the change journey, ensuring employees understand the "why," "what" and "how" behind digital transformation efforts.
  • Identify communication risks, resistance points and opportunities for engagement, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure alignment between change management activities, communication strategies and enterprise transformation goals.


Stakeholder Engagement



  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and cross-functional leaders.
  • Facilitate clear, consistent communication across departments to ensure understanding and adoption of digital initiatives.
  • Develop communication materials and presentations for the Digital Transformation Steering Committee and Board of Directors meetings, ensuring clarity, alignment and strategic messaging.


Measurement & Continuous Improvement



  • Establish metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness and impact.
  • Use data and insights to refine strategies and improve performance over time.



What We Expect from You



  • 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, public affairs or a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English or related field.
  • Proven experience leading complex communication initiatives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, including supporting technology, transformation and change management programs.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.; writing samples and writing test required as part of the interview process
  • Proficiency in MS Office (including advanced PowerPoint), SharePoint, AI-driven tools such as Copilot and other Large Language Models; familiarity with Adobe Suite, video editing platforms like Clipchamp, and basic HTML preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and working with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, judgement and project management capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Executive presence and sound judgement.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator.
  • Highly collaborative and relationship driven.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $108,000 - $146,000
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role
