The Client Relations Associate handles a wide variety of client inquiries; provides issue resolutions, consistent client communication, and the overall goal being client satisfaction. This member handles inbound and outbound phone inquiries asking probing questions to identify and resolve patient needs. Assist clients with their various issues via different communication channels.
