POSITION SUMMARY:

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for conducting internal reviews and audits, inventory controls, and quality inspections in support of Department of Homeland Security - Federal Protective Services programs.

PAY:

Salary: $90,000/year

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Drive, design, implement, and improve company quality standards.
  • Plan, direct, and monitor the performance of the quality control staff.
  • Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate the services provided to the client(s).
  • Establish performance metrics; track, analyze and report monthly on the performance of the organization.
  • Analyze data to find areas of growth and improvement.
  • Find innovative and creative ways to improve quality and performance.
  • Draft and maintain Quality Control Plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • 10 years Law Enforcement, Security or Military experience.
  • Experience conducting Quality Control Inspections.
  • Must be flexible and available to work any shift, as this is a 24/7 site supporting continuous operations.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Possess superior customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • Stressful situations and capable of staying alert during periods of inactivity.
  • Must have strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational skills, superior oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
  • Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions.
