- POSITION SUMMARY: The Quality Control Manager is responsible for conducting internal reviews and audits, inventory controls, and quality inspections in support of Department of Homeland Security - Federal Protective Services programs. PAY: Salary: $90,000/year RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive, design, implement, and improve company quality standards. Plan, direct, and monitor the performance of the quality control staff. Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate the services provided to the client(s). Establish performance metrics; track, analyze and report monthly on the performance of the organization. Analyze data to find areas of growth and improvement. Find innovative and creative ways to improve quality and performance. Draft and maintain Quality Control Plans. Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree, preferred. 10 years Law Enforcement, Security or Military experience. Experience conducting Quality Control Inspections. Must be flexible and available to work any shift, as this is a 24/7 site supporting continuous operations. Must be a team player. Possess superior customer service skills. Attention to detail Stressful situations and capable of staying alert during periods of inactivity. Must have strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational skills, superior oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday. Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions.
