We're excited for you to Make IT Personal at TD SYNNEX!

Our Summer 2026 Internship Program offers a unique, hands-on experience designed to make a measurable impact on our business while giving you real-world exposure to a global IT distribution company.

This application is for students interested in the Graphic Design & Print Production Internship.

Program Details

  • Duration: 10-14 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week)

  • Start Date: May 18, 2026

  • Location: Greenville, SC

  • Work Model: Hybrid (3 or more days per week on-site)

In addition to your assigned projects, you'll network with senior leaders through our executive speaker series, participate in intern events, job shadow across departments, and gain insight into launching your career at TD SYNNEX.

What We're Looking For

  • Students pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields

  • Rising seniors, or May 2026 or December 2026 graduates preferred

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available)

  • Available to work full-time for the full 10-week program

  • Ability to work at one of the listed locations in a hybrid environment

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

  • Preferred: Experience with wide format printing (e.g., large-format signage, banners, posters, or related production workflows)

  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organization skills

Key Responsibilities & Example Projects

Graphic Design & Creative Production

  • Design marketing and internal communication materials including brochures, flyers, signage, templates, and digital assets

  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and internal teams to translate concepts into visual designs

  • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and corporate identity standards

Print Production & Asset Management

  • Prepare print-ready files and manage production specifications (bleeds, color profiles, resolution, and file formats)

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on print projects, timelines, and quality standards

  • Maintain and organize creative asset libraries and templates for reuse

Example Project
Own the end-to-end design and production of a branded print campaign-from concept and layout to vendor coordination and final delivery-then document lessons learned and recommend process improvements for future campaigns.

Additional Information

  • Compensation: $17.50-20.50/hr depending on several variables including work experience and education / skills / achievements

  • Prior to starting, interns must successfully complete a background check.

  • Housing is currently available only in Greenville, SC for eligible students.
