Position Summary The Manufacturing Engineer III is a highly experienced role that is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment in one or more facilities. Oversees and optimizes more complex manufacturing and assembly of new and existing Parker products to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence. Develops advanced manufacturing techniques, testing new systems and methods for efficiency, and planning assembly layouts to optimize production, quality, cost, and safety. May be responsible for developing and deploying large capital projects. This role will serve as a liaison between our Ft. Worth aerospace and Mansfield industrial sites, with the expectation that 85-90% of time will be on-site in Mansfield. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct or indirect reports. Essential Functions
