Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Process Engineer drives safe, efficient, and highquality manufacturing operations by leading and supporting process improvement initiatives that enhance cost, quality, throughput, and customer satisfaction. This role serves as a technical leader for manufacturing process optimization, applying Lean, Six Sigma, statistical methods, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues. The incumbent collaborates crossfunctionally to support new product introduction, investigate quality claims, strengthen process control, and ensure compliance with quality and safety systems. Through handson plant engagement, operator coaching, and datadriven decision making, the role delivers measurable and sustainable improvements in plant performance. What is in it for you?
