Starting Rate of Pay:

$21.00/ hour to start until 2/25/26.


$21.25/ hour beginning 2/26/26.


Additional $.25/ hour after 90 days of employment.

Shifts Available and Hours:

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm; Saturdays are posted as needed.


Training will need to be completed on 1st or 3rd shift. (Your preference will be noted during phone screen.)

Shift Premium:

$1.50/ hour

What you will be doing

  • Works on the Extrusion Press Line and Communicates and works well with fellow employees.
  • Inspects material for squareness, flatness, bow, gage material, as specified on the work instruction.
  • Operates the saw in a safe and productive manner. Maintains a good quality cut.
  • Understands saw blade style and how to troubleshoot common problems.
  • Performs saw duties from information furnished on the Work Instructions.
  • Operate stretching equipment per order specifications.
  • Monitors metal during stretching for quality by using micrometers, calipers, straight edges, gauges, etc.
  • Maintains a clean work area, free of debris.
  • Performs simple maintenance to ensure saws performance.
  • Responsible for training a back-up operator.
  • Acts as backup to press operator and head stretcher, which requires complete cross training on both jobs.
  • Self-motivated and ability to read and understand process sheets and follow written instructions.
  • Communicates and works well with fellow employees of all levels in a Team effort.

Required Education/ Experience:



  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.
  • Must be able to work long hours in seasonal temperatures.
  • Must follow all work and safety instructions.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and eagerness to grow.
  • Ability to follow detailed directions.



Preferred Skills/ Qualifications:



  • No prior work-related experience required; manufacturing or mobile equipment operation (e.g., forklift, Combi) experience is helpful.
  • Must be able to use a calculator and read a tape measure.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
