You will conduct routine rounds, maintain a visible presence, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the financial services location, including interior common areas, offices, lobbies, and perimeter areas as assigned.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations, and reporting observations per post orders.
• Complete detailed security-related reports and logs, including patrol activity, incidents, and maintenance concerns, and communicate updates during shift handoff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
