NextGen Precision Health Job Description
The Program/Project Support Coordinator I serves as the primary point of contact for all visitors and patients entering the NextGen Precision Health building. This position is responsible for greeting and directing guests, coordinating complex national and international shipping of research samples for PIs and lab staff, and managing the mailroom, including the distribution of packages. Additional responsibilities include preparing complex national and international travel reimbursements for NextGen employees and visiting speakers, procuring supplies for the building and administrative team, and processing NextGen invoices under $5,000. The role also involves organizing and tracking space assignments throughout the entire NextGen facility, assisting with planning and coordinating NextGen events, and serving as a central contact for those events. The Coordinator reconciles NextGen chartfields, submits OneCard transaction forms, calculates and distributes copier charges to various users, and routinely maintains common areas by stocking breakrooms with supplies, cleaning equipment as needed, and watering plants on all floors. Successful candidates will be persuasive communicators with exceptional organizational and time management skills. Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidate's with a Bachelor's degree and a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credential or Project Management Professional (PMP) credential. Anticipated Hiring Range
