Job Title: Supervisor - Urology Coding Job Description Lead a team of 7-9 Urology Coders, collaborating with other E/M supervisors to ensure accurate and efficient coding processes. Oversee daily report preparation, manage surgical coding tasks, and work closely with 40-50 urology providers and surgeons. Responsibilities * Supervise a team of 7-9 Urology Coders. * Collaborate with E/M supervisors on coding processes. * Prepare and review daily reports, focusing on surgical coding tasks. * Verify the accuracy of coding and provide guidance where necessary. * Interact with 40-50 urology providers and surgeons. * Engage in leveling and management tasks. Essential Skills * 5 years of Urology Coding experience. * 5 years of supervisory or management experience. * Experience in medical coding, specifically in Urology. * Certifications: CPC, CPSP, Medical Coding certifications. Work Environment This position is fully remote with flexible start times between 7 AM and 9 AM CST. Eligible locations include TX, OK, AL, MO, GA, FL, AR, KS, SD, IL, KY, LA, TN, ME. Please note that hires are not made from the West Coast or states such as Oregon, California, New York, and New Jersey. There is a no time-off policy for the first 90 days of employment, as well as blackout days during the end of the month close and the start of the month. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.50 - $35.50/hr.
