Top Global Tech Company Seeking Visual Product Designer Onsite in Seattle Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer with a strong foundation in product and graphic design, exceptional visual craft, and the ability to create polished, compelling presentation materials. This role is ideal for someone who obsesses over typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling, and who can translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals for a wide range of audiences. The ideal candidate has a portfolio that demonstrates refined visual judgment, strong concepting skills, and high-quality execution across digital, print, and presentation work. This role is fully onsite. Portfolio links are required on all resumes. Key Responsibilities Develop visually compelling design concepts and sample layouts grounded in established design principles and modern visual standards. Create high-impact presentation decks that clearly communicate ideas, data, and narratives to internal and external audiences, with strong attention to layout, hierarchy, and visual coherence. Design layouts and visual systems for publications, digital interfaces, and other communication materials. Prepare sketches, wireframes, and polished layouts for reviews and presentations. Translate provided data into clear, engaging charts, graphs, and visualizations. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to interpret requirements and evolve concepts into finished design solutions. Adapt quickly to feedback and shifting priorities while maintaining a high bar for quality and craft. Participate in design reviews, critiques, and evaluation sessions to continuously improve work quality. Required Skills and Qualifications Exceptional visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout. Proven ability to craft clean, persuasive presentation decks and visual narratives. Strong creativity and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate abstract ideas into clear visual solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions effectively. Experience designing across multiple media, including print, digital, and presentation environments. Working knowledge of 2D design and a foundational understanding of 3D visualization principles. Proficiency with industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Comfort working under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects, and balancing competing priorities. Education and Experience Associate's degree in design or a graphic design certificate is required. Bachelor's degree in design or a related field is preferred. Professional experience in visual, graphic, or product design showcasing strong presentation and visual communication work. Work Environment This role operates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on delivering high-quality visual solutions that support communication and storytelling goals. Designers partner closely with stakeholders to shape ideas, refine messaging, and elevate the visual quality of final deliverables through strong craft and thoughtful design decisions. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
