Job Details

This role will report into the Director of the Corporate FP&A team and will support executive business partnership and expense management to the Finance and IT leaders of the company, responsible for ensuring timely/accurate reporting, forecast, and budgeting. Additionally, this role will assist the Director in other monthly reporting deliverables, namely monthly headcount reporting, labor allocations, and consolidated financial results/forecasts. This role will be hybrid and must be based out of the Boston corporate office.

Essential Duties:

  • Submit all quarterly corporate deliverables for assigned Corporate functions (IT and Finance).

  • Support a Corporate Function's expense budget including both monthly close and quarterly forecast responsibilities along with any cost savings tracking and reporting.

  • Aligning with key members of the corporate functions leadership team in order to collect forecast and accrual updates.

  • Provides management with insightful analysis of HAE cost structure as needed including deep dives into operating expenses.

  • Develop and create new analysis, templates, financial models and reporting tools to provide financial insights and recommendations for improvements in various areas.

  • Consolidate latest thinking estimates submitted monthly.

  • Assist in the development of monthly and quarterly reporting requirements including updating and distributing templates and providing guidance to the broader finance team.

  • Consolidate all quarterly corporate deliverables from the broader finance team.

  • Ad hoc projects/requests as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)

  • 3-5 years of experience

  • Demonstrated analytical skills

  • Performs work independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion

  • Demonstrated written communication skills

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills

  • Drive for accuracy and attention for detail

  • ERP Experience (Hyperion and Essbase Planning is a plus)

Pay Transparency:

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, "flexible time off" for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks' vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.

The base salary range for this role is:

$76,434.43-$130,147.33/Annual
