This short-term opportunity is ideal for professionals experienced in lab operations, equipment documentation, and quality systems who want to make an immediate impact on compliance and readiness. Pay Rate: $34/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday \| 8:00am-4:30pm Duration: 1-month project Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available) In this role, you'll help ensure R&D lab equipment, documentation, and materials meet strict quality and compliance standards. Your work will directly support ongoing R&D activities and audit readiness. What You'll Do: Enter and manage R&D equipment data in asset management systems, including labeling and identification Update and revise equipment documentation such as calibration requirements and preventive maintenance records Review completed equipment software validations to ensure alignment with company and quality requirements Log, label, and track laboratory chemicals (e.g., acetone, alcohol) and manage SDS documentation per material control procedures Support Quality Systems by maintaining compliance across all assigned tasks What You Bring: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in a related technical or laboratory discipline 3+ years of experience supporting R&D labs, laboratory equipment, or quality-controlled environments Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Familiarity with quality systems, compliance, and lab safety procedures Ready to contribute to a critical R&D closeout project?
