Position Title: Junior Systems Administrator

Location: Panama City Beach, FL

Clearance: Active Secret or ability to obtain

ISPA Technology is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Systems Administrator to join our IT team. This role will support day-to-day system administration tasks across both Windows and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with troubleshooting, server hardware support, and workstation imaging for secure lab environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and technical support for systems in both Windows and Linux environments.
Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of virtual machines (VMs) and physical server hardware.
Perform computer imaging and deployment tasks for CAF, CAFd, and CAFc laboratory environments.
Help maintain system documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with senior IT staff to ensure systems remain secure, stable, and operational.

Required Qualifications

Ability to support administrative and troubleshooting tasks in a Windows and Linux environment.
Familiarity with virtual machine platforms and server hardware, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ability to image computers for CAF, CAFd, and CAFc labs, ensuring compliance with technical and security requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
