$22.15/hr + $1.50 shift differential

About the Role

As a Production Lead, you'll oversee shift operations and lead a team of production employees to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals. You'll ensure proper training, enforce company policies, and maintain strong communication across departments to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do:



  • Assist and/or run all production equipment.
  • Monitors the areas in their entirety and the people operating the equipment to ensure manufacturing standards are met.
  • Prepares 5-gallon tanks for filling purposes.
  • Assist in training of new employees on designated shifts.
  • Cleaning of production and warehouse areas to include equipment
  • Perform all facility shut-down and/or start up procedures according to specific guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with the Production, Warehouse and Quality Assurance staff.
  • Ensure all proper documentation is completed for production runs and quality issues.
  • Performs basic maintenance on all the machinery and helps others to keep their equipment operating.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Continuously monitor packaging materials and codes to ensure complete and accurate product is produced.
  • Comply with all Food Safety and GMP Policies.

  • Have the ability to consistently report to work on time.
  • Must be a team player with some leadership skills.
