This is an opportunity to join Macquarie in a senior administrative capacity. You will support a fast paced business that deploys significant capital into complex credit and asset backed investment opportunities. We are seeking someone with strong commercial awareness, exceptional organizational capability, and the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders across multiple regions.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will provide proactive, highlevel support to senior leaders by ensuring they are consistently wellprepared, informed, and equipped to operate effectively in a fastmoving environment. Coordinate complex calendars, travel, events, and key operational processes while acting as a trusted partner who brings clarity and structure to shifting priorities. As you build strong relationships across the business, you will collaborate closely with corporate functions and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. At the same time, you will streamline workflows, enhance processes, and resolve issues before they escalate-always delivering with a polished, commercial, and solutionsfocused mindset.
Salary range for this position: $100,000 - $115,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative lead supporting executives or senior managers
  • Demonstrated ability to think proactively, manage competing deadlines, and solve problems independently
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer focused approach
  • Experience with Concur, Coupa, Salesforce, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
