About the role

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports marketing and communications initiatives across the company's portfolio of 75+ properties and corporate entities. This role plays a key executional and coordination function within the Marketing & Communications department, supporting content creation, digital marketing, internal and external communications, and brand consistency. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator works collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging communications that support business objectives. This is a hybrid role based out of out Malvern, PA office.


What you'll be doing



  • Assist with day-to-day execution of digital marketing initiatives across social media, websites, email marketing, and reputation management platforms.
  • Support social media and reputation management for 75+ properties and corporate channels, including content scheduling, monitoring, and response support.
  • Utilize AI-assisted tools, where appropriate, to support content drafting, caption variations, and engagement optimization under manager guidance.
  • Assist with social media platform onboarding, training, and promotion of engagement best practices.


  • Support execution of digital marketing initiatives such as 3D virtual tours, promotions, and campaign launches.


  • Assist with drafting, editing, and posting content including announcements, emails, website updates, and various communications.
  • Ensure content accuracy, brand voice consistency, and adherence to communications guidelines.


  • Support coordination of internal & external communications across departments, including distribution and tracking of messages.


  • Support SEO-related updates and content changes under manager guidance.


  • Assist with marketing, leasing, and corporate email campaigns including formatting, scheduling, and reporting.


  • Assist with maintaining property and corporate websites across multiple CMS platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor engagement and activity across digital platforms and assist with compiling performance reports.
  • Support basic analytics and insights using platform reporting and AI-assisted summaries, as directed.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and platform partners as needed.


  • Assist with managing the marketing inbox, vendor invoicing, and administrative support for the Marketing & Communications department.
  • Provide general marketing and communications support as business needs evolve.



Typical Physical Demands: Regularly use hands to manipulate tools, controls, phones, and computer keyboard. Frequently stand, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, and stoop. Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move office supplies up to 20 lbs.

Work is performed in an office. Employee frequently interacts directly with community management, facilities management, residents and other staff members during the workday.

Who we're looking for



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, social media or communications.


  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and social media management tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and basic performance reporting.
  • Experience updating and managing websites within CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and digital best practices.
  • Comfort using AI-powered tools for content assistance, research, and workflow efficiency, with attention to accuracy and brand voice.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ongoing training in digital marketing platforms, communications best practices, and brand standards.
  • Possession of a valid state issues driver's license and safe driving record are required

Pay Rate: $60,000 yr. - $70,000 yr. *

*This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
