Job Title: Project Manager - Part Time
Duration: 06 months Contract to hire
Shift: 1st (9 to 5) (3days a week)

Payrate: $45/hr. on w2

Job Description:
- The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional initiatives, develop project plans, monitor progress toward milestones, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures that support efficient and effective service delivery across OSH programs.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple OSH projects to ensure alignment with program goals and timelines.
- Develop project scopes, work plans, and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate across OSH units, NYCPS divisions, and DOHMH counterparts to promote effective collaboration and communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within OSH.
- Track and analyze program data to monitor performance metrics and outcomes.
- Support contract management, procurement activities, and budget tracking as assigned.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
Minimum Requirements:
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and four (4) years of full-time professional experience in project management, program administration, operations, or a related area.
- 2-5 years previous project management experience in large organization
- Experience with technology and multi-layered systems
- Experience working with various stakeholders at various levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent training.
- Knowledge of NYCPS systems, operations, and administrative processes is a plus
