OUR OPENING Journey Group is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to join our Human Resources team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In this role, you will lead the administration and strategy of our compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance programs. You will play a key role in attracting, retaining, and supporting employees while helping implement and optimize our HRIS platform in a multi-state environment. This position reports to the VP of Human Resources and partners closely with leadership across the organization. WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A TOTAL REWARDS MANAGER?
