Civil 3D Designer

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $16 - $40/hr (Based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead design work for civil engineering projects, including site development, grading, drainage, and utility layouts
• Produce precise and detailed plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and adhere to CAD standards
• Develop and revise construction documents in accordance with engineering specifications and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, sub-consultants, and team members to meet design and project goals
• Manage timelines, technical deliverables, and quality control to ensure accurate and timely project completion
• Conduct self-directed problem solving, staying informed on relevant codes, standards, and industry practices
• Ensure professionalism, accuracy, and accountability in all client and team interactions

Qualifications:

• Associate degree (or equivalent experience) required
• 10+ years of CAD experience, with 5+ years specifically using Civil 3D for land development projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and email communication
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to independently manage project components
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy
