WOOD is seeking an EntryLevel reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations. This role is essential to keeping the organization running smoothly by managing communications, preparing documents, and supporting internal workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities
Answer and route calls on the main company line in a professional and timely manner
Answer and manage Margaret's business phone line as assigned Maintain call logs and track inbound communication activity Format resumes and documents to required company and customer standards Prepare and edit documents in Microsoft Word with a high level of accuracy Perform light administrative work in Microsoft Excel Enter tasks into Asana and follow up with assigned owners as needed Track action items and support task completion across teams Support document preparation for recruiting, staffing, and operations activities Assist with general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word required Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Professional phone presence and customer-facing communication skills Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information appropriately
