*What You'll Do* * Help members by answering questions and handling basic requests. * Give clear information about our products and services. * Use multiple computer systems while talking with members. * Support common banking needs like checking, savings, loans, and credit cards. * Recommend services that may be helpful to members. *What We Need* * Good communication skills. * Someone who enjoys helping others. * Able to stay organized in a busy environment. * Willing to learn-*no experience needed*. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
