Description NYC HHC needs a Network Engineer/ Solutions engineer to support the Nuvolo Biomed Asset Management/CMDB project. The initial project startup was completed by a "Health Care IT Leaders" consultant, and the contract ended upon completion of Phase I of the Nuvolo BioMed project. They now need a expert to pick up where the firm left off and continue the implementation and support of the Nuvolo Biomed Asset Management/CMDB initiative. This is critical to ensure that the Nuvolo biomed asset data is properly integrated with the ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB and aligned with NYCHHC's Asset/CMDB management processes. Maintaining this integration is essential for data accuracy, operational continuity, and overall system integrity. This person needs hands-on experience working with the Nuvolo application. To effectively support the Nuvolo-ServiceNow integration, we require a technical resource with Nuvolo application management and administration expertise. This role is essential for working with the ServiceNow vendor and the HHC team to upgrade and maintain the Nuvolo-ServiceNow integration whenever the Nuvolo application is updated. The NYCHHC ServiceNow Nuvolo/CMDB team must be able to develop, test, and validate the integration to ensure Nuvolo and ServiceNow application compatibility and maintain data integrity across both platforms. Skills Nuvolo, ServiceNow, Automation Top Skills Details Nuvolo,ServiceNow,Automation Additional Skills & Qualifications * Design, configure, and implement Nuvolo modules (EAM, IWMS, Facilities, Space, Clinical Engineering, etc.) on the ServiceNow Asset Management, CMDB and platform. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. * Perform system integrations, data migration, and workflow automation within Nuvolo. * Develop and maintain custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, and reports. * Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards. * Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support. * Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workplace operations and improve service delivery.
