What to Expect
The Associate Manager will be responsible for managing,inspiringand developing a team made up of Supervisors, Associates, Technicians and Leads. The Associate Manager provides hands-on support, leadership, and direction to their direct reports, and takes pride in their hands-on and analytical abilities, organizationalskillsand attention to detail. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage Supervisors and Associates, fostering a versatile workforce through cross-training, hiring plans, and strong collaboration
- Drive production output and cost improvements by managing bottlenecks, analyzing machine capacity, and executing production ramps
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards by supporting root cause investigations, corrective actions, and defect prevention strategies
- Enforce all safety rules and OSHA requirements to prioritize a safe working environment alongside operational goals
- Develop and maintain standardized work instructions and process documentation to ensure consistency across the production line
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize factory layouts, solve complex problems, and streamline new product introductions.=
- Utilize systems like MES to ensure build accuracy while tracking KPI-driven metrics for safety, quality, efficiency, and cost
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Proven success in managing production teams and leading new product development and launch activities
- Thorough knowledge of production systems, measurement techniques, and the ability to develop performance metrics
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the capacity to manage competing demands under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for working efficiently in both independent and team settings
- Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail, including fluency in MS Office programs
- Proactive and positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership over assignments

Expected Compensation
$100,800 - $151,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
